Centralized Grievance Redressal Cell (CGRC) has been established by the Urban Development and Housing Department to facilitate effective and timely redressal of grievances related to all Urban Local Bodies. This initiative is part of the drive by the government of Bihar to bring about transparency in the administration through use of Information Technology and Communication (ICT). This cell registers the grievances of citizens related to all Urban Local Bodies in Bihar.
